Monday, August 18, 2014. Spartan challenge round 2! On Saturday we all got together again do the spartan race! I sat out this year and took pictures but the rest of the crew did amazing! It's a fun new family tradition. Next year when Mya is 5, she will even get to join in :). This is at the very start. Josh doing his burpees. The cutest cheerleaders in the world! Tuesday, July 08, 2014. Trismore was a big hit this year! We had the whole family participate even Jake who we registered very last minute. It was a cold day so he skipped the pool, but was so happy to do the bike and needed daddy's help on the run. Super cute. Heidi commented on the way home that she is glad we are a "racing family". Mike did some work on his computer and I watched a 'Love it or List it' tv marathon. I got an epidural and had a nap, watched more tv and was very comfortable! My doctor Rachel had delivered Cali and she was so great. She kept having to deliver other babies that came in and were more urgent, so I just hung out waiting for it to be my turn! Friday, July 27, 2012. 4th of July 2012. This 4th of july was great! We woke up and rode our bikes to the parade this year. We had a perfect spot and the babes got plenty of candy! It was a HOT day, once the parade ended we rode back home and got ready to go boating! I think Leah looks alot like Grandma Paula! Dave was great at holding up that flag, Good job Dave! Friday, January 24, 2014. Christmas 2013 Part 1. What a wonderful Christmas we had this year. I can't believe how quickly Christmas comes each year, and also how quickly it is over. The Girls on Sunday in their Christmas dresses. The dresses are more of a green than this picture makes them out to be, but they looked adorable. Thank you Mom and Thank you Costco for these. Lauren grew up on Silver Strand Beach in Southern California until she left for college to attend the University of Colorado Boulder, where she earned an Environmental Studies degree and fell in love with Colorado. She spent a few years moving all around the US from, Key Largo to Connecticut then back to California where she met Josh. Lauren loves animals, dancing, scuba diving and traveling to new places!
