I made the chocolate chip cookie recipe from America's Test Kitchen. 1/2 granulated white sugar. 3/4 cup brown sugar. 1 teaspoon table salt. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 3/4 cups unbleached all purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. Find the cutest helper you can find. Preheat oven to 375 degrees f. Add the eggs and mix for thirty seconds or so. Stir in chocolate chips.
