Josh and Candy's Escapade. Sunday, February 21, 2010. Belated CNY visit in Spore. We spent a couple of days in Singapore for the belated CNY. It wasn't too late actually, we managed to be there on the 7th day of CNY which is also known as "human birthday" in the Chinese calendar. I have no idea what it meant, but Grandma said it symbolizes everyones' birthday. I know Josh would have lots to say about that. So here we go. 2 hours of wait. FINALLY got his Milo Mcflurry! PY managed to join us at home :).

First thing first, how did I came across this place? Josh: I went to school at Ceylon Road, Katong Laksa is just less than 100 steps from my college. Well, it doesn't really matter now. I'm happy that I got my Katong Laksa! It's better late than never right? What do you normally order? Rojak (You Tiao only).

When you love the universe, the universal would love you back. It's the law of attractions :). In Singapore, you could only get it in Changi Airport Terminal 1. In Malaysia, there's none at all until early 2009 at TTDI. Finally, they decided to open one in Cineleisure Damansara in 2010 :) Yup, thats the first meal we had on 1st Jan 2010!

Archive for April 2011. Are We Technologically Spoilt For Comfort? On: 13 April 2011. One of the toilet bowls in the office’s ladies have been cranky lately. PMS perhaps? Lol It was flushing itself non-stop, with or without people using it. The few maintenance/repair visits apparently didn’t help. And so I believed they decided to off the automatic sensor flushing. They helped him get an A in his class the other day! 1 c brown sugar. 2 1/4 c flour. 1/2 tsp ground cloves. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. Slowly mix in the sifted dry mixture in with the wet.
