This is my second week of bartenders school and today’s assignment was to memorize an additional 11 drinks Cordials by flavor 3 white wines 3 red wines Champagne nicknames 5 domestic beers 5 import beers the non-alcoholic beers and their manufacturers and Call brands by category (i.e. Vodka, Gin, etc.) on top of the other 39 drinks that had to be memorized.
