Friday, June 30, 2006. Today is a good day. My Nuggie fixed me up with an eye appt. that I've been meaning to get but never did. I had lunch with a good friend that I haven't seen in ages and a meeting I attended this morning went over better than I would have expected. Isn't life great? We had to duck out of the way with our hands over our head for protection. Was it finished? Anyway, it was pretty fun and I got a laugh out of the sitch afterwards. Wednesday, October 04, 2006. I'm still doing well with this diet and exercise thing. Yesterday I had 1,130 calories total and did 20 minutes on the bike and 10 on the elliptical for some cardio. I've already done 1/2 of my workout for today and will finish it this evening after dinner. I'm looking to be in the 1,500 calorie range for today too and doggone it, I'm having my reduced-fat ice cream sammich for dessert. :). Hope you all have a good day! Posted by Juanita @ 6:12 PM. Monday, July 31, 2006. John and I didn't do too badly in the horseshoe tourney but we did get beat before the semi-finals but it's ok- I didn't want to be there anyway. Why can't families just get together and play cards? Why does it have to be this middle of the day- heatwave filled event that occurs on your day off, of course?
