Sunday, June 20, 2010. Yesterday, I attended the 1st Annual Little Miss Washington Pageant. Little girls from all over the state came to show off their talent and speaking skills, there were several girls from Moses Lake in it, one of them was our good friend Alyssa Mathews. Alyssa did such a great job! One of the judges had not shown up, so I was asked to judge! I was so excited, but that only lasted a minute, because in she walks! Oh well, maybe next time! One of my biggest supporter. Aw, the Sno Shac.

Saturday, September 25, 2010. Walk To Defeat ALS Fundraiser! What a great day! The weather was beautiful, lots of walkers showed up in support, Team Betty. Was the top Family Team fundraiser and the walk itself brought in almost $23,000. Tuesday, July 13, 2010. This summer is flying by and I am keeping busy! On June 24th, I attended the "Strike Out ALS". Fundraiser at a Dust Devil game in the Tri-Cities.I got to throw out the first pitch! I also took a picture with the team (even though it was the opposing team, it was still fun! June 26th, I headed down to the Car and Dog Wash here in Moses Lake for a bake sale to benefit the Miss America Organization. All the girls did such a great job and Brittney placed 2nd runner up!
