Wednesday, June 8, 2011. We took the Arnhem Highway east from Darwin towards Jabiru in Kakadu National Park. Before we reached the park's borders, we stopped at the Adelaide River for a cruise with jumping crocodiles. The staff would encourage each croc to make 2-3 "jumps" and then give them the small chunk of pork. We would then move on and allow the next croc to approach the boat. They are 100% Australian wool which is hand knitted then felted, or "fulled" for you crafty types. Can be hand washed and come with a brooch or hatband for your wearing pleasure. Each will be unique and the envy of all those poor saps without one. The cloche ( whatever that means. Is $20 and the brimmed ones ( sans cloche). Are $25 $6 P&H.

Letter to my Eating Disorder. Friday, May 2, 2014. I do feel recovered. I will be honest though. I still have fear foods that I choose to avoid most of the time. I do choose to stuff my emotions down with food when I am tired, sad, overwhelmed and when issues come up for me from time to time. I still binge every so often. What has changed is how I deal with those situations. The next day isn't as hard for me anymore I just get up and move forwards and try to learn from the situation or relapse moment.
