http://firstmovers.blogspot.com/2006/09/novice-and-veteran.html
Tomorrow's legal scholars . today. A Member of the Jurisdynamics Network. Tuesday, September 12, 2006. The Novice and The Veteran. First of all, I'd like to thank Professor Chen for inviting me to participate in this blog. It is quite an honor to be the special undergraduate. Who gets to post here. I'd like to think that it stems from my "strong proclivity toward and a talent for legal scholarship," but I suspect it has a bit more to do with giving our lovely host due props. When he started his home blog.

hEaD Space: February 2008
http://legaledspace.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
Reflections on higher and legal education. Monday, 25 February 2008. So, what about the options for 2013? It could work more against new and early career researchers then the existing, qualitative approach of the RAE. Work takes time to have an impact, particularly with long publication lags in many journals. How will this be taken into account? I wonder if it really is about time we all agreed enough is enough, but that's not going to happen, is it? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Welcome to hEaD Space!

The Debate Link: Made Men
http://dsadevil.blogspot.com/2015/07/made-men.html
Why won't anyone listen to me? Friday, July 31, 2015. I endorse, 100%, the following posts regarding the "mob justice" surrounding a Minnesota dentist who killed a protected Lion in Zimbabwe: Max Fischer at Vox. Kevin Drum at Mother Jones. And Clark at Popehat. Mob justice is not a good thing. It's not a good thing when imposed upon those who "deserve" it, and it's not a good thing because it is exceptionally poor at accurately identifying desert. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Debate Link: ...And if they did fail to investigate, they were insane
http://dsadevil.blogspot.com/2015/08/and-if-they-did-fail-to-investigate.html
Why won't anyone listen to me? Saturday, August 01, 2015. And if they did fail to investigate, they were insane. It's a joke because, of course, such a strategy is not "perfect", it reeks of desperation and wouldn't be received well by any jury at all. It also smacks of how some folks are responding to Yesh Din statistics showing that a mere 7.4%. Of cases of Jewish civilians committing crimes against Palestinians are cleared (which came up in the discussion over my post on the recent. A case where charg...
