The world through my eyes. Tuesday, October 11, 2011. Word, Prayer and Persecution. On Sunday I attended the "Church History" class. The first lesson was on the early history of the church, which we saw much persecution going on. Yesterday I was reading the book "Lord, Teach Me to Pray in 28 Days" by Kay Arthur, and it was quoting Acts 5 where the apostles chose 7 deacons and devoted themselves to Prayer and Ministry of the Word. Sometimes I wonder whether all this are just coincidence. Links to this post.

The world through my eyes. Tuesday, June 21, 2011. Guidance for the Young. 1 My son, do not forget my law,. But let your heart keep my commands;. 2 For length of days and long life. And peace they will add to you. 3 Let not mercy and truth forsake you;. Bind them around your neck,. Write them on the tablet of your heart,. 4 And so find favor and high esteem. In the sight of God and man. 5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart,. And lean not on your own understanding;. 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him,.

For midnight marathons and sleepless nights. PJ, Selangor-to be geographically correct, Malaysia. Tehtarik enjoys wading in humble existence, though it is highly suspected that her reclusion is caused by Starbuck's towering tall and slim lattes that are well, more desirable-for obvious reasons.Still, tehtarik being tehtarik; would be more than obliged to leave a bittersweet aftertaste from time to time, as long as she could smell a storm brewing nearby.
