Thursday, July 17, 2008. I need about three naps to get me through my day. Why is this, what is wrong with me, and what can I do to fix it? I sleep about 7 hours a night, at fairly consistent times. I fall asleep almost as soon as my head hits the pillow. The last thing I'm usually thinking is, Oh, doesn't it feel so nice with my head on the pillow like th- , and I'm out until my body wakes me up at the trained hour.
