We spend 2 days hanging out in La Limonada where they got to meet all of my coworkers as well as the little girl they sponsor through Lemonade International. That was a really sweet moment! Livin’ and lovin’ in Guatemala. Last night I was able to go to my first home group in almost a month. Because of all the groups here, they are my main priority and I spend my days working with them. If the groups don’t go to the community of faith meetings, then I can’t go either. I was excited to go again! I’ve missed sitting in various homes in the community, worshiping the Lord. Livin’ and lovin’ in Guatemala. For example, when did it become normal for me to see people begging for money at stoplights? Some are adults, some are children, some are dressed normally, some dressed as clowns, mimes, etc…but how did that become normal? And why did I stop carrying extra food with me to be able to give something to them?
