I was given a PURPLE star-shaped magic wand today that i will probably start carrying with me everywhere. I would really like to acquire a sharpie "twintip" marker. I am learning an everloving ton at the hospital (i put in a catheter all by myself! Thanks to a fantastic teacher. I want to take another trip to new york pronto. I love goldfish now more than ever.

I finished my ‘Pinecones’ shawl by Karie Westermann last month and knew it had to be photographed in my local woods. The leafy green tones in the Rowan Fine Art Hornbeam colour way matched the tree foliage perfectly. As I mentioned in my podcast, I was initially unsure about how to wear a shawl… But I like the idea of treating it like a scarf too as well as something to drape over my shoulders.
