Tuesday, 29 November 2011. SPEAK UP LOVE, YER ON ME DEAF SIDE. Just in case the silly amount of knitting I do hasn't convinced folks that I'm a Granny-in-training I've gone temporarily deaf. Bring on the rocking chair and a bunch of cats. Tuesday, 22 November 2011. Golem had a ring stolen by filthy hobbitses. I have gloves that are all mine! These gloves were wrapped around a tasty eggnog latte when I went to watch a grumpy and cold Mel C turn on Sheffield Christmas lights, these gloves warmed my hands before they comforted a depressed and frightened patient and yes, ladies and gentlemen. These gloves are orange. I could not ask any more of these lovely little gloves. She was freezing in her beautiful cashmere jumper.

Thursday, 17 November 2011. Well, I thought it might be nice to prove once and for all that I do sometimes achieve something with those sticks I flash about. My first ever post on this blog was about a neckerchief. A nice neckerchief. I gave the first one I knitted to a friend but I have also knitted one for myself. As you can see. It was actually a great piece of work, although I'm far from perfect I've put in a huge amount of practice and built up a fair bit of knitting knowledge.
