The annual week-end by the Sea is one of our Summer highlights, made all the more so by the addition of family members who join in the fun of the rally and Sunday carnival. East Midlands AGM and Rally 2016. Our Annual Rally, demonstrations and General Meeting. Our yearly opportunity to get together with Keep Fit friends from across the East Midlands with morning sessions provided by Lisa Bigley and two popular guest teachers from North West KFA - Sandra McPeake and Lin Mills. The AGM will be followed by a variety of demonstrations including performances by East Midlands teams of their items from the National Festival of Movement held in Birmingham earlier in the year.

Come Dancing with KFA. T'was Mid-Summers Day in Cransley when a delightful couple, Alex and Dan, entertained Leicestershire and Northants Keep Fitters to an afternoon of Strictly Come Dancing. Alex and Dan have performed at many of the venues used by the television programme professionals and this afternoon, they donned their ballroom outfits to perform four Ballroom and four Latin American dances for us.
