Midwest Knit Girl

The T’s – Growing Up. She’s Got A New Blog. On: June 30, 2011. After much thought and deliberation and listening to advice from people I care about, I’ve decided to start a new blog. My life has changed considerably over the last year or so and I feel that I need a new place to talk about it. Welcome to Cakers and Co. The “Cakers” reference is from RT who calls me that as a shortened version of Patty Cakes. On: May 23, 2011. What facet of my life do I want the name based on? What should I write about?

Stained Glass Studio | Midwest Knit Girl

https://knitgirl63.wordpress.com/workshop-project

The T’s – Growing Up. Updated 5/12/2010 – There are pictures not on here that should be of the finished studio. I need to gather them up and get them out here. Shame on me, eh? I’ll be out there soon to work on a fish chime. So glad to be playing with glass again, and in such a cool place. This section will include photos of the progress made on the workshop. Studio (hubby said it should be called a studio, not a workshop) that my husband, my step-father and my husband’s friends will be. We have heat and...

Stuff | Midwest Knit Girl

https://knitgirl63.wordpress.com/stuff

The T’s – Growing Up. Since March 2011 I have had to continually pinch myself because I can’t believe that my life has changed so wonderfully. My new life’s journey is no longer one that I’m traveling alone on, rather I am cruising it with an absolutely, amazing man named Kelvin, who makes me feel like a princess every single day. I recently learned the dice game called Farkle and I do believe it’s become an obsession. Save me! I’m 48 but feel 28 and so very much alive! Or the guy on the motorcycle?
