This pie is amazing! It's so easy to make and everyone is a huge fan. This is a go-to for a quick dessert that needs to please! 1/2 cup butter, melted. 7 oz milk chocolate. 35 oz semi-sweet chocolate. 7 oz heavy cream. Process Oreos on high until crumbs form. Add melted butter and mix until completely moistened. Press crust into pie pan. Freeze while preparing filling. Whip cream until firm peaks form. Carefully fold in powdered sugar. When ready to serve, cover pie with whipped cream.

A broken toe and a snarky wife. At practice on Thursday Mike came out of a play with pain in his left foot. The trainers checked him out and saw that his toe was swelling really fast. This practice happened to be a public practice so there were a lot of people there. I made my way to the area he was at to see if I could tell if it was his knee, ankle, or foot. These past few weeks have been crazy and we've had lots of changes in the works. So for the past month, we have been working non-stop on the house and I've been job hunting up north. We ventured off to Southern Utah for a sealing in the St. George LDS temple. It was an awesome time with family and I wish we could go back! Southern Utah has always been my favorite vacation stop since I was a kid and I'm so glad that my husband now loves it too! I need to catch-up on the fun we've been having! After we finished up out fun at the MIAMI BEACH BOWL we climbed into the car and began our 20 hour journey to Keller, Texas, Mike's home town. What made this even better? This trip to Texas may have been my favorite so far! The Yeck's NEED a puppy. We may be baby hungry but we are definitely puppy hungry! We've been talking about getting a dog for SO long and lately those talks have been EVERY day. I may have thrown an adult size tantrum begging Mike for one today. It's a good thing I have him to keep me in check because if not, I would have a puppy in this sweet little apartment. And I'm not talking about a little puppy. We want a mastiff but this little puppy will turn into this beautiful beast! Oh my my I need this dog!
