Two Vegan Boys Weblog. A journey of cooking vegan food for my family. This evening, I made soup for dinner. I made a raw broccoli soup. Or, as I like to call it, “Rawccoli Soup”. Ha ha. All kidding aside, it was so tasty. I found the recipe online. It was worth making, and it made a ton. Mmmm. Well, tomorrow is the 4th of July here. We plan to play in the pool, check out fireworks, and cook some awesome food. I am off to enjoy what is left of the evening. Hope you have a lovely night. Peas and love….

It is made with cauliflower and it is cool, refreshing, and perfect for summer. Josh loves this recipe. I served it with some guacamole, refried beans, and sauteed spicy squash. Vegan MoFo #4: PPK Iron Chef Challenge (Apples & Ginger). Katie (from Don’t Eat Off The Sidewalk. This morning I got set in the kitchen to make my creation. I played around with some ideas, but decided to do breakfast. I pulled out the quinoa, dried cranberries, walnuts, apple juice, chamomile tea and agave nectar. My apple was peeled and cored and the ginger grated. I was ready! Sadly, it isn’t the most photogenic dish, but I’ve seen worse. The upside is that it’s delicious! Vegan MoFo #5: Pizza Time!
