August 6, 2013. Camping with the Schartners 2013. Our annual camping trip with the Schartners is one of the highlights of the summer for us. There's something wonderful about camping with a family so similar to ours. The kids each have a playmate, the outdoors provides hours of entertainment, and the parents get to sit back and visit with friends that can relate to each other's lives so well. Welcome to Our Life. Four guys, two gals, and one wild ride! Tuesday, September 25, 2012. I'm a little late, but Knox's first month although challenging at times has been great! The dr was very pleased, b/c the last time we were there at his 6 day appt, he was 7 lbs. 14 oz. He got one shot and HATED it! He's a good baby and is sleeping so well at night. His first stretch is the longest and we usually get 5 hours. A few times he has given us 6 or 7, which have been wonderful! October 1, 2012 at 6:38 PM.
