My summer in Brazil, my gap year in Asia. Vanaf het prachtige Bonito zijn we met onze huurauto naar de Pantanal gereden, de wetlands van Brazilië. We sliepen op de fazenda ‘Bahia Grande’ (een ranch/boerderij). Alexander was de eigenaar van deze fazenda en had een ongelofelijk groot stuk land. Showing the cycle of Rapid eye movement and non- rapid eye movement . The louder the white noise the more people have gone into deep sleep. The more distorted the images are the more people are in REM sleep. REM sleep occurs approximately every 90 minutes in adults and up to every 30 minutes in babies and young children.
