Genuinely Grafton: April 2015
http://genuinelygrafton.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 28, 2015. A semi-crunchy mama's registry list. My cousin is having her first baby GIRL and we have the same mindset about things for our bodies (food, clothing, soaps, etc) When she started to look at registering for her new baby, none of the big box stores had eco-friendly lists for new baby. I've put together a list of the things and brands that we loved and USED with Cohen. We have registered for a few of these for this next baby because you learn the first time, right? Nursing Pads, I ...

Happiness Is...: February 2013
http://livinglifegratefully.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
February 12, 2013. Happy Mardi Gras from New Orleans! I feel about Mardi Gras the way I know most people feel about Christmas: I can't wait for it to get here, I love everything about the season and then I'm sad when it's over. It was even more fun this year since Thatcher kind of got it and was really into everything, especially king cake. I wrote a post about the five life lessons we can teach our children through Mardi Gras. He also was quick to tell us that "Thatcher get beads Mardi Gras! Helped me w...

The Cariaga Family: Recapping the fall
http://thecariagafamily.blogspot.com/2010/12/recapping-fall.html
Monday, December 20, 2010. It's been such a long while since I've had time to sit down and update our blog. I know I'll have lots of Christmas and New Year's stories to share very soon, but I decided to recap our fall as we launch into this holiday week. It also feels good to have my holiday concert and first semester behind us. (Nampa schools have their finals before the break this year which should really help the kids.). At Old Chicago with. Out the Christmas lights. With Uncle Ryan at Confuscious.

Intelligender | The Wee One
https://theweeone.wordpress.com/2010/06/16/intelligender
On a registered nursery. On: June 16, 2010. Is an over-the-counter gender predictor. It apparently measures testosterone levels in the mother’s urine to determine if the baby is a boy (green result) or a girl (orange/red result) and can be taken as soon as 10 weeks along. So of course I took a test as soon as I hit 11 weeks. And he HAD to know with me! I couldn’t hold this big a secret in, I just couldn’t! 3 Responses to "Intelligender". 1 Lessons in Life and Light. 24 weeks | The Wee One
https://theweeone.wordpress.com/2010/06/16/24-weeks
On: June 16, 2010. So, this is what 24 weeks pregnant feels like. So far so good. I’m exhausted. My feet hurt often. I’ve been having weird blackout sessions since Friday which warranted a special doctor visit and soon, a follow up visit to a neurologist. But other than that, I’m great. No more puking. Not for at least a month. A-mazing. And we are so excited to meet him! 1 Response to "24 weeks". 1 Lessons in Life and Light. June 17, 2010 at 11:12 am. Oh, look how cute you are! I’ve upset the forums | The Wee One
https://theweeone.wordpress.com/2010/06/05/ive-upset-the-forums
I’ve upset the forums. On: June 5, 2010. I love to frequent pregnancy websites. It’s so nice to have a community of women who are going through the same things I am. Where else can you go to talk about sore nipples and have ten other people say, “Meee too.” I’ve been trying to comment more lately because it is nice to have someone reach out, even if it is to agree or tell a quick personal story. What worked for me? I apologized on both boards, but not without a few tears shed over my loss of community...

Happiness Is...: Hadley's First Parade
http://livinglifegratefully.blogspot.com/2013/01/hadleys-first-parade.html
January 29, 2013. This past weekend we decided to take the kids to a parade after a friend's birthday party. I was pretty nervous about taking Hadley since she detests the car seat and stroller, but we decided to go for it. I can only stay away from Mardi Gras for so long! Thatcher had a blast, though one parade was all Hadley could handle! He hasn't stopped talking about "Thatcher get beads Mardi Gras" and was telling everyone at the pediatrician's office "Happy Mardi Gras" yesterday - it's pretty cute!

BonBon Rose: Footgloss, My New BFF, And We're Giving One Away!
http://bonbonrose9.blogspot.com/2010/05/footgloss-my-new-bff-and-were-giving.html
Thursday, May 27, 2010. Footgloss, My New BFF, And We're Giving One Away! When it arrived it was much lighter and smaller than I expected. Basically it looked like a slightly larger chapstick. A few swipes on the back of my heel with the stick and OMG.It worked wonders! My feet were pain free for blocks and blocks! Still I wasn't through testing it out so I packed it for my trip to Africa along with a pair of shoes I had yet to break in. Again, no pain! And big hugs to The Ungourmet. What a great product!
