Saturday, October 11. No No No NO WAY! I wanted to quit so bad; but they wouldn’t let me. Several weeks ago our trainer Adam hurt his ankle. HE was on crutches for a while, then an ankle boot. Finally on Tuesday he was back on his feet. While I don’t think it was personal, our workout Tuesday seemed specifically designed to put our legs in the same kind of pain his knee was in. Saturday, October 4. I just love this stuff. After my first workout at Body-N-Motion I could barely lift my arms, and I was dragging my legs just to get to my car. Two months later, I finally feel like these workout are part of my routine. For me, this is a huge accomplishment. I haven't reached this stage in exercise since I was in high-school.
