The ingredients are almost always in my pantry/fridge and I like to think that they aren't entirely unhealthy. I had a major sweets craving recently and got a bit creative with the contents of my pantry. I highly recommend making your own crepes. Here's the basic recipe and you can fill them with whatever you like:. 4 eggs, at room temperature. 1 cup whole milk, at room temperature. 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt.

Tuesday, July 31, 2012. Aguas Calientes: The Town That Is Unavoidable on Your Way To Machu Picchu. We took the train (pretty much the only way unless you choose to hike in) to Aguas Calientes. Russell scored awesome seats in the first row of the train so we had an up close, panoramic view of the scenery during the trip. Tuesday, November 15, 2011. Healthy Fall Salad and Delicious Souffle. Wilted Spinach with Fall Fruit Compote and Chicken. This is a great recipe for just 2 people. It is best made with leftovers. It just makes preparation so much faster! Monday, October 1, 2012. Lake Titicaca: Our Last Leg! Lake Titicaca was our last stop on our trip and an amazing way to end our vacation! Lake Titicaca is the worlds highest lake. The culture is fascinating and the scenery is unforgettable. It's been an embarrassingly long amount of time since we went to Peru and I don't know that I can accurately describe Titicaca without a barrage of pictures so here it goes. We were here for 4 days (I think) and we loved every minute of it. She's cooking on a clay oven.
