Tuesday, March 1, 2011. Since David was out of town this weekend on a snowboard trip, Hendrix and I took the opportunity to visit our friend's The Cope's. In Shreveport. My sweet boy surprised me and did excellent on the 3.5 hour ride there. Hendrix and Taylor have been friends for quite awhile now, and even though they hadn't seen eachother in months, they got right back into the swing of things like no time had passed at all. Saturday we all went to the Boardwalk and had a blast. What a great Daddy!

Thanksgiving and Christmas were spent hanging out with all the local family and some that dropped in from Kentucky. My birthday and David's birthday were great- nothing too out of the ordinary. Hendrix had his SECOND birthday last month, and I still can't believe I have a 2 year old. This boy is so flippin smart. Just the other day I caught him counting to himself.up to 7!
