And her classmate, a cute boy who sits next to her remarked back to her, "No, you look good." It wasn't the first nice thing he has said to her. We are pretty sure he has a little Monk crush! Thursday, June 23, 2011. At last we have a pool again! The moment we started filling it with the hose they were out in the pool with their rafts. They pretty much swim every day (except Sunday) and are in and out of the pool 3 or 4 times a day. I am loving it too. Now I don't have to kick them off the tv or video games all summer. They would rather be swimming. Me too! Now we need to get some plants in and some rock down to keep the dirt out of the pool. Your pool is awesome! How great to have one!

Sunday, June 19, 2011. My babies turned 11 and 6 in May. Their birthdays are only 5 days apart so we usually celebrate a joint party combined with Mother's Day with all the family. It's kind of bittersweet for me. 11 seems so much older than 10 and she's entering that "tween" stage (AHHH! 6 seems like he is no longer a baby and getting more independent. They both wanted Olive Garden this year for their birthday dinner and we went to a movie. Its so strange that our kids are getting so old!

Monday, June 28, 2010. My in-laws celebrated their 50th anniversary. We had a fancy dinner at The Compass Room one night with all the adults. The next night we surprised them with a 50's themed dinner party with some of their old friends and all the family. It was a fun night. I was in charge of decorations and had fun with that. Monday, December 15, 2008. ANYWAYS, it was possibly one of the greatest day's of snowboarding. It was about 40 degrees out (which sounds cold, but when you are moving around so much it can get very hot). I didn't need to wear have of the layers I had brought. I even came back a little sunburned. And then I studied of course. I'm still working on bringing the "photo" into Photograph (photo=light for all you slow ones.). SO MOM, I'm totally safe, unhurt and the car does not have a single scratch on it....
