Wednesday, April 30, 2008. First Day Back AT The Gym. Walked into the gym today after a full month off and since many of the members of my gym know me really well they also knew why I was away so I wore a baggy t-shirt in this morning as not to attract to much attention lol. Anyway it was funny the guys were being polite by trying not to look at my chest and the girls were wanting me to show them in the ladies changerooms, to funny on both parts. Obviously I LOVE weight training so that won hands down ;-).

I never can decide if I want to have my life online or not, but then I realize I never write in a journal anymore either. I am losing out on keeping up with so many memories. Not a good start to my blogs……. July 18, 2011. Today has not been a good day. Kelly, my daughter, lost her dearest friend in a car accident. Her best friend Ella, her cat, was hit and killed by a car out the front of our house. The amount of damage to Ella was such that you would have to wonder whether the woman was speeding. To her credit she rang the number on the tag and told Kel who was devastated and will be for a very long time. I have loaned her Maisie and Lulu (my cats) but poor substitutes….
