A few nuts (Cashews). 2 – 4 Tbs Cocanut oil. 1 Tbs Sesame oil. 1 – 2 Tbs Apple cider Vinegar.

Lentil Kale, Mushroom Leek Stew. 1 1/2 cups French lentils or brown lentils, rinsed and drained. 1 32 oz carton of reduced-sodium organic vegetable broth. 2 cups water or 50:50 water and dry, white wine. 3 cups chopped fresh baby Portobello mushrooms (8 ounces). 2 medium size leeks, thinly sliced, white parts only (rinse thoroughly to remove sand). 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 small bunch of dinosaur kale, chopped and rinsed. 1 sprig fresh thyme. Pinch of sea salt.

March 3, 2012. 2 very large ripe tomatoes, diced. 10 oz can tomato sauce. 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1 large shallot, minced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 stalk celery, fine chop. 1 small clove garlic minced. Salt, pepper, italian seasoning. Butter, bacon fat. Shredded parmasean (or 3 cheese italian). Saucepan: Melt 3 TBS butter or bacon fat. Add shallot and garlic and celery, sautee until soft. Sautee Pan: 1TBSP Butter, Sautee Mushrooms and 1 clove garlic. February 27, 2012.
