From the things usually found in BBQ it is: corn, gluten, MSG, sugar and tomato FREE. 1 1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil. 1/3 cup chopped onion. 3/4 cup carrots, grated (I used a jar of baby food for part of it). 2 cloves garlic - minced, grated or crushed. 1/2 cup white vinegar. 1/4 cup agave nectar or sugar. Microwave Brownie in a Cup. 6 TB of cocoa mix (or 2 TB cocoa and 4 TB sugar). Microwave for 1 min and test with tooth pick. Add 10 sec. intervals as needed. YUM and FAST!
