B Eat the vegetables you grow in your garden. There you have it, lots of exercise and a good healthy diet! Oh, and don't forget to also:. C Drink lots of water. D Get plenty of sleep. The best part of this plan is that I'm actually doing it. I'll share some pictures for proof. Ok, I'm not making the kids do all the work!

My Everyday Ordinary Life. Living in Pure Grace! Monday, February 3, 2014. It seems like everyday I'm thankful for another thing that my mother taught me how to do. Might have something to do with me turning 30 and finally starting to grow up. Lol! One of the things my mom used to make and still does make is yogurt. She got the recipe from a Russian lady we were friends with when I was a kid and we lived in Montana. I've made it twice now and I'm so pleased with the results. February 4, 2014 at 5:55 AM.
