Delicious Gluten-Free Muffins: Carrot Banana Muffins Recipe. July 6, 2015. Bull; 0 Comments. As a rule, both unfortunate and challenging, I don’t eat traditional bread or pasta. This was a difficult dietary transition and I would call myself more of a reluctant gluten-avoider than gluten-free. I avoid these things because I don’t feel all that well when I eat them, but I do eyeball fabulous looking pastries and muffins every now and again more ». http://ajourneyofunconditionallove.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 6, 2013. Our deepest fear. my heart is pounding a bit as I type this. breathe. it's all going to be okay. Ahem throat cleared. our deepest fear, that. Is a loaded question or statement, if you will. I was going to write a few times over the last few weeks, but refrained. Why? There comes a time in our healing process when we are ready to move forward, to let go of the past and open ourselves to the abundance of. Possibilities. Opportunities. The Blessings. Is not that we are inadequate.

Living Life and Loving Someone on the Inside: What to Say or Not to Say, That is the Question
http://ajourneyofunconditionallove.blogspot.com/2013/11/what-to-say-or-not-to-say-that-is.html
Wednesday, November 20, 2013. What to Say or Not to Say, That is the Question. It is ok, to not know what to say. And is even ok to say that you don't know what to say. Your loved one is not going to expect you to know, but on some level, they do expect you to NOT say certain things. Which isn't really fair so this is what I learned from my own experience. Even when I knew on some level, that there were words of wisdom, or truth in what a person was saying to me, I absolutely did not want to hear it!

Living Life and Loving Someone on the Inside: This One's For You ~ Mom & Dad
http://ajourneyofunconditionallove.blogspot.com/2013/12/this-ones-for-you-mom-dad.html
Thursday, December 19, 2013. This One's For You Mom and Dad. I meant to write this a few weeks ago, but when I sat to down to write it, something else came out entirely. So, I tucked this away until it was meant to be written. So, here goes. This One's For You Mom and Dad,. I want to say thank you, but as my eyes tear up a little, sometimes the words, "thank you," just don't. So and So's church says this. I no longer feel like the black sheep of our family. I still do so when it comes to being in thi...

Living Life and Loving Someone on the Inside: January 2014
http://ajourneyofunconditionallove.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 26, 2014. I started to write another post this morning. After finishing the first sentence, I was cued to write about something else that I have been churning in my brain for a while. Responsibility. Responsibility, you may ask? I know this may sound odd, but this has been bugging me for quite a while. It has occurred to me several different times that people often misuse this term and mostly due to not really understanding what the word actually means. Responsibility is an affirmation in...

Living Life and Loving Someone on the Inside: For Jon ~ In Remembrance and Gratitude
http://ajourneyofunconditionallove.blogspot.com/2014/03/for-jon-in-remembrance-and-gratitude.html
Monday, March 31, 2014. For Jon In Remembrance and Gratitude. It's funny how certain moments in our lives, whether it is listening to a song, reading a book, or even going to a doctor's appointment (especially if you have one as awesome as mine) can get me thinking about something in such a way that I almost immediately start writing in my head. This is Spirit guiding me, sending me messages, offering a chance to heal. Thanks for reminding me that I did. Matter then. I matter now. I can say I wis...PS If...

Living Life and Loving Someone on the Inside: This Little Light of Mine
http://ajourneyofunconditionallove.blogspot.com/2014/03/this-little-light-of-mine.html
Tuesday, March 4, 2014. This Little Light of Mine. I've mentioned a couple of times on my FB page that I wrote a post a little while ago and just wasn't sure if it was meant to be shared, or if I'm ready to share it. I want to say thank you to those of you who follow me and others who may read this blog. especially since I don't have something for you to read every day. I often think of what I could share, what would my readers think to be inspirational or encouraging? Permission to do the same.". I'm co...

Living On The Far Side. Keeping you up to date on our move to Cambodia to serve as staff pastors with Agape International Missions. It’s been a while since we’ve updated the blog. LiViNG on the FLipSiDe
LiViNG on the FLipSiDe. As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Asia February 16. After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and left. I returned to Toronto, Canada. With Flipside Fitness on my brain, Hulk's in my heart, boxing in my bag, and my four-legged friend Balboa Button by my side. But then I left again. This time it was for the Philippines. That's where I'm at now, living in the land of the happy people. Sunday, April 01, 2018.

Subscribe to RSS Feed. About me and this blog. Living on the flipside. 126; A tale of a city girl, making the move to a country town. ~. The need for good artwork. Just a random thought I had this morning. I need some good, cheap (remember, one income thing happening at the moment) artwork to put into the two alcoves that we have up the hallway. But I’m stumped as to what kind of artwork I want to put in there. Do I go with canvas prints, posters, small prints in frames, classic, contemporary, funky?
