Lately, I find myself asking over and over and over, “where does happiness come from? What makes my heart feel like it’s going to explode with excitement and contentment one day, may not have the same effect the next. So, is happiness a choice? A constant, conscious decision to look for or make the best out of life? I think it’s a bit of both. I also believe that happiness is simple math.
