Love what you brew. Another rainy day at Roy Street Coffee and Tea. Roy Street usually has it on their scoop-counter, available to enjoy. I truly believed that I wasn’t a fan of dark roasts until maybe two months ago. My little coffeehouse has a blend called Pantheon No. III, this years offering is a dark roast, where most of our coffees are a medium roast. However something changed, the delicious smokey, jammy, caramelly aspect of an inspired dark roast blend is so pleasing to me.
