Recipes – Across the Acres

Health and Fitness. Simplified. 1/2 cup of vegetables of your choice (I used bell peppers). 1/4 cup of shredded cheese. Pinch of garlic powder. Pinch of salt (optional). Chop your vegetables into small pieces. Crack open the 6 eggs. Pour both the vegetables and eggs into a mixing bowl and stir. Add in remaining ingredients to the vegetable and egg mixture and stir well. Place mixture into a muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-25 minutes or until done. 1 bag of spinach salad mix (or 50/50 salad mix).
