It’s the day after Thanksgiving– Black Friday. 8212; and I woke up to find the island covered in about 2 inches of snow. I left my apartment to walk downtown in high speed wind. It was so damn cold that I had to walk backwards to keep the wind from freezing my eyeballs. I walked downtown and one of the island residents was pulling up to the grocery store on a snowmobile.
