The best inheritance a parent can give to his children is a few minutes of their time each day." M. Grundler. Wednesday, 29 April 2009. A couple of weeks ago my friend Madi. Was christened. She was the same outfit that her dad Yale did over 30 years ago! To me, that was in the olden days! Madison with her godparents Danny and Josie. The wetting of her head. She was not very impressed when they did that! The beautiful Christening cake! From the left is Nellie, Tanya, Susan and Denise. I'm a wannabe Awad.

After a pretty bad and hard going week leading up to Christmas we were all packed, ready and excited to head up to Gunnedah for Smith Christmas! It was a lovely few days away at Lake Keepit Rec Park. Weather was perfect to match. Kids enjoyed catching up, swimming and never leaving Pop and Nans sight often. Adults enjoyed not doing much at all and having the change of scenery. After a 5am start we had made it to Gunnadeh. Time to JUST DANCE!
