Here are the ingredients :. Rolled oats 1 cup. Grated sweet potato 1/2 cup. Milk 3/4 th cup. Brown sugar 1/2 cup. White sugar 1/2 cup. Wheat flour 1 cup. Oil 1/4 cup (i used canola oil). Baking powder 1/2 tbsp.

Tofu (firm or soft). 2 tablespoons miso paste. Water (around 500ml for one pack of tofu). The amount of water you use is up to you, too much and it will be thin and weak.
