Monday, December 15, 2014. Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a type of anxiety disorder. It can occur after you have gone through an extreme emotional trauma that involved the threat of injury or death. I faced a man today with PTSD! Sunday, October 19, 2008. Hiking in Z ions National Park. It was so beautiful we had to keep stopping to enjoy the scenery. The second repel down into water that was waist deep. Ron and Dan moved a log over for us to crawl down to try to keep out of the deep water. Andrew made it down and I was next. We had a lot of fun and quite an adventure.
