Tuesday, March 8, 2011. My Hero is 4 Years Old. Jake is my 4 year old nephew. He just had his 3rd open heart surgery. He is my hero b/c he has overcome SOOO much and has the sweetest spirit of any kid I've ever known (Seriously! And I've known a lot of kids! Super Jake in his cape. Thursday, June 10, 2010. Yes, FINALLY an update (of the past 8 months). Well because I'm so far behind, I've tried to just hit the major highlights- you know birthdays, holidays, etc. That being said there are still a ton of pictures! Halloween: Ben was Buzz Lightyear and Luke was Darth Vader. Ben turned 2 in November, he was in a period where he was OBSESSED with trains, so the birthday theme was obvious. He loved his "choo-choo party" and still talks about it. Thanksgiving was at Pop and Gran's house.

Sunday, June 20, 2010. Sea World and more. Can you believe it? Less than a week and I'm already doing another post? I'm going to do better now that I'm finally caught up, I swear. So, we have had a very fun, and busy past week or so. This first picture was actually taken 2 weeks ago. We decided last minute to go to a Rangers game one Friday night. We had a good time. We brought our own hot dogs and snacks and enjoyed the game, followed by some great fireworks! And to top it all off, the Rangers won!

They had alot of fun playing games, and Ben especially loved getting in the cars/trucks that you could "ride". Above, Luke is pretending to play guitar hero. Sunday, March 24, 2013. 7 Sleeps to go (give or take a few)! Loading the Life Raft. Hard to believe but it is only around 1 week before we leave Martha Cove and head off on our adventure to all places north and warm! Sally is looking like a Real Cruising boat these days complete with davits, RIB and wind generator,. The plan is to look for a good weather window after Easter Sunday so if all goes well we will be on our way to Queenscliff on Monday arvo *fingers crossed*. Wednesday, February 13, 2013.
