Made a whoops yesterday and misread the calorie count on a food item so ended having my 800 calorie day on my 600 calorie day. So today I will have my 600 day lol it is now the 2,4,8,6 diet for me. We had take out last night and stupid me out of all the healthier options like subway or sushi, I decide to go with the unhealthy one of nasi goreng which is like 700 and something calories.
