Wednesday, March 25, 2009. 8 cups finely diced cabbage. 1/4 cup diced carrot. 2 tablespoons minced onions. 1/3 cup granulated sugar. 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar. 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice. Cabbage and carrots must be finely diced. Pour cabbage and carrot mixture into large bowl and stir in minced onions. Using regular blade on food processor process remaining ingredients until smooth. Wednesday, March 25, 2009. 1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste. 1/2 cup light corn syrup. 1/4 cup white vinegar. 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar (I used dark but think white would be better). 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 min. Remove from heat and cover til cool. Keep in a covered container in fridge. Wednesday, March 25, 2009. 2/3 cup pineapple juice. 1 teaspoon lemon juice. 1 cup acini di pepe pasta. 2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges. 1 (20 ounce) can chunk pineapple. 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple. 1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping. 1 cup miniature marshmallow. In small saucepan mix sugar, flour, and salt, stir in pineapple juice and egg. Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Set aside and cool. Cook Acini Di Pepe according to package directions.

Wednesday, March 25, 2009. 3 cups brown rice. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Preheat oven to 350°F. Sauté brown rice with 2 eggs, stirring constantly over medium heat until mixture is dry. Add water and oil and pour into deep larger baking dish. Bake at 350°F for one hour.(you may need to bake longer, make sure all water is absorbed!
