Megan and Vinces Excellent Adventure. Tuesday, July 5, 2011. Faro and Tavira, middle of the Algarve. Our final destination in Portugal was Faro. Part of the Algarve region on the southern coast. There is a stretch of seaside towns that people from Europe flock to, especially in the summer. We were there a little before the high season started, so it was nice to be surrounded by relatively few tourists, but the weather was so-so. A protected wetland that you can take boat tours of to see the local wildlife.

Megan and Vinces Excellent Adventure. Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Seville, pretty city! We met up with my (Megan’s) parents in Spain – 2 nights in Seville, and week Malaga. I was so excited to see them – the last time we had seen them was the previous summer, before we left on our travels. We all had a long day of travel and met up for a great Italian dinner (and wine! We drove out to the middle of the forest and set up camp and we had a lot of fun. Here are some pictures, most of them are of Julia. The dogs are excited for a weekend of camping. It was a great trip but very busy we did a lot in a short amount of time! We made many trips to the beach, went to Lego Land, swam in the pool and just had fun hanging out! Riding the train at Lego Land. One of the few times Alivia and Julia weren't fighting over toys! And a lot of pictures on the beach.

It is about 45 minutes south of Flagstaff so the weather is warmer. February was a great time to visit since it was not too cold and all the animals were out.
