Friday, September 4, 2009. What we've been up to lately. Well, kind of. "eating" is a loose term. Swimming. complete with goggles and two different kinds of shoes (check Max's feet). Oh yeah, and teaching "Ah". Max's NEW stinky friend- the monkey in his left hand). Drinking water out of the hose. Putting underwear on our heads (compliments of Madi). Poor Becca. Oh, and if you are wondering, that's NOT the crotch part of the undies that Madi's smelling. :). Has this happened to anyone else?

Monday, October 27, 2008. I am so hopelessly behind in posting. I know. I sit here listening to Madi sing "Loathing" from the musical,. During her "quiet time" and realize that I'm just not ready to use the remaining minutes of her forced relaxation to catch up. I will take 5 minutes and do updates on the family:. Baby due to arrive anytime in the next 2-5 weeks. Life is busy, but really good. From the looks of my belly, you'd think I was carrying a 10 year old inside of me. :) Ok, I'm exaggerating, ...

Tuesday, March 10, 2009. Madi read her first book on Sunday. If anyone knows the Bob books, it was the first one:. She was so ecstatic. She wanted to read all of them right after. She then realized how long it took to sound out every word, so she stopped after the second book. Today, she finished #4. I'm so excited for her. Reading is probably the most wonderful gift anyone could receive- it opens a whole new world. Today, Bob. tomorrow, Harry Potter. Go, Madi! Madi's in a boa (thanks, Nollie! It's so be...
