Me, Myself, and Taco. 歡迎收看來自一個geek的胡言亂語。。。 Thursday, April 23, 2015. 已經五年多了, 沒想到五年後居然有人用Linux container搞出了大名堂, 是的, 就是 Docker. 在以前如果想要在同一台電腦上面同時虛擬化AP server APP, DB, Mail server applications, 我們需要在Hosting OS上面跑三個VM instances (如下圖左邊的VMs), 每一個VM instance雖然只執行各自被指派的任務 (如下圖左邊填滿橘色, 綠色, 灰色的部分), 但是從OS層來說卻是在同一台實體機器上執行了四份OS, 相同的libraries被重覆載入四次 (如下圖左邊藍色的部分), 所以記憶體, CPU等資源等於浪費了. 另外一個優點就是透過maintain Dockerfile ( 點我看sample. 能幫助我們更清楚地知道每個application的環境是如何建立出來的, 包含需要安裝哪些套件, 需要先設定什麼樣的參數與執行什麼樣的指令. 查了一下網路 是建議少量多餐 不要一次吃太多太快(我吃東西很慢 但量就.哈). 例如:牛奶、蛋、地瓜 還有許多許多(怎麼很多都是我愛吃的 ). 先前最重squat單邊拿12.5 lb 全部約27 lb(大概12kg多). 現在單邊應該不會超過7.5 lb "). 目前在51 52kg之間 體脂則持平都在19.x%. 13W2D: 比較明顯有肚子了 (這是第二孕期 偷渡一下 ). 如飲食表、寶寶用品表、月子表、產後恢復、寶寶作息表.等. 美國產檢 - 嬰兒頸部透明帶檢查(nuchal translucency). 報上名字 生日 電話 還有一些懷孕基本資料後就OK了. 之後技師又繼續量寶寶的大小(crown rump length) 大概6.4cm. 說是這個天數最適合的大小(exactly the right size). 走在醫生後面 我才發現醫生是猶太人 有戴猶太小帽 :p). 幾乎都是女醫生(不好意思 我長這麼大第一次看婦產科 所以偏好女醫生=/ /=). 聽到這 當然順理成章地選擇去Capital Women's Care啦. 寶寶還類似打了一個噴嚏之類的 好可愛 (傻父母 ).

我主要用4個App，都是英文介面，資料非常詳盡，方便在美國跟醫生溝通. 1 My Pregnancy Today. 每天會有一些提醒事項，每周也會有寶寶發育情況的影片，基本上我都跟下一個介紹的What to Expect搭配著看。 2 What to Expect. 這個資料非常詳細，提供每周寶寶的發育狀況以及媽媽身體會有的變化，是我很喜歡的App。 來看，這本聖經的地位很厲害，幾乎各國語言都有。 非常感謝剛生完的朋友傳給我這本，在美國幾乎每個媽媽人手一本，非常詳細，內容包山包海，去看醫生前花點時間翻翻，跟醫生會很好溝通XD)。 但體重我持續用這個紀錄，覺得很方便，圖形化的介面一目了然。 另外也喜歡它每周會用一種水果來比喻寶寶大小(很多App都有，只是這個介面很一目了然)，以及不同timeline提醒要做什麼檢查，或是寶寶會了哪些新技能XD. 本來用免費版，後來有一陣子付費版的BabyBump Pro變免費，就趕快下載來用了). 如果覺得上面的還不夠滿足媽媽的求知慾望，google pregnancy app就會有一堆app資訊囉，可以找覺得自己喜歡的. 21W2D: 小小汪長好快 圓圓的肚子 Q.
