For the chicken, I get it half cooked in the tumeric in advance, therefore it reduced my cooking time. The meatball is the ready made meatball (store bought, halalan), and preparing oyster mushroom is a bliss. Whallah. three dishes in just about 30 to 40 minutes. Everything is possible if you want to do it. Well, why not?

Garam dan gula secukup rasa. 1 ulas bawang merah. 2 ulas bawang putih.

And, I chose to have these for lunch. 1 packet of shitake mushroom - washed and diced thinly. 1 onion - sliced. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon olive oil for frying. Monday, October 27, 2014. I have been longing to try the churros. Alhamdulillah, with Atikah's (my eldest) help, I finally had the opportunity to make it in our home kitchen. The process was pretty simple. With a simple instruction, Atikah managed to do it on her own. Here come the c&p recipe that I used. Its taken from the Allrecipe website. It is such a help. 2 1/2 tablespoons white sugar. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 quarts oil for frying. 1/2 cup white sugar, or to taste.

Last weekend, on the 10th of Syawal, all Petronas staff and families residing in Tashkent were cordially invited to an Aidilfitri Hi-Tea. Hosted by Eshah's family at their beautiful home. The party was held at the home's spacious courtyard which was naturally decorated with blooming red roses and green leaves. I even took the opportunity to pose with the cute, leafy banana trees. :-).
