observations from the garden: June 2008
http://dagardenofeden.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Observations from the garden. Friday, June 20, 2008. Allow me to pause here on a blog to remember. I return to St. Louis soon. For the first time in four almost five years. The people and memories there have and will make me weep they are so full. Only, it would not be freedom now, with a few significant chapters added. Here's a Tuesday. Passed and what have I done? How have I been? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). When it comes to ...

I was in school today (elementary school that is) wearing the only pair of jeans in my repertoire that has not been officially named as stylistically problematic.the short of it is that i like these jeans. So i'm wearing these jeans and a little second grader walks up to me and says, "mr. j, are you bustin' a sag? The inkwell rhythm makers.

Constructively Dissatisfied: May 2007
http://constructivelydissatisfied.blogspot.com/2007_05_01_archive.html
Those who are not dissatisfied will never make any progress." -Shigeo Shingo. Tuesday, May 29, 2007. To make up for my poor performance in Ms. Feldt's AP English summer reading program senior year of high school. I'm voraciously reading thru June and July. Life is changing and I'm growing and here is the water and fertilizer. Vietnam: A Dragon Embattled. Vincent J. Donovan - Written by a Catholic missionary in Tanzania who abandoned the traditional "mission compound" approach to evangelism in favor o...

Constructively Dissatisfied: Better never begin; once begun, better finish.
http://constructivelydissatisfied.blogspot.com/2009/06/better-never-begin-once-begun-better.html
Those who are not dissatisfied will never make any progress." -Shigeo Shingo. Tuesday, June 23, 2009. Better never begin; once begun, better finish. The best stories are about leaving home. Think about it. I could name a few. I just watched Into the Wild (twice). But we rarely see what life is like for the protagonist after the journey. After ordinary becomes ruined. Are we to believe they lived content after such adventures? What about the character that left, accomplished, and suffers? Posted by J Rhea.
