The best part is that it all the magic happened in just about 2 hours. Then I was able to top it with my freshly made strawberry jam. Delicious. So here's the recipe for this amazing loaf of deliciousness (is that even a word? It makes 3 loaves. 4 c warm water. 2 Tbsp. yeast. 1 Tbsp. salt. 2/3 c sugar (or 1/3 c. honey). 1/3 c canola oil. 10-12 c. all purpose or bread flour (or 1/2 wheat and 1/2 white like I do). Who Doesn't Love Granola? So, my cousin posted a recipe for granola on her blog. I love granola. After having the ingredients for over a week I finally decided to make it. It was amazing! From "Baked: New Frontiers in Baking". By Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito. Can I just tell everyone how much I love new running shoes? Well let me tell you, I love new running shoes. For some odd reason they make me excited to run or workout. Well at the Nike outlet on our trip we found some awesome deals. Cody and I both got new shoes for nearly half what we normally would pay. I was also able to slip in some new shorts and a sports bra.
