To finance its first few stores Mindesa issued in Q2 2014 $ 25,000 convertible bonds offering great short and medium term returns. The 3 year bonds offered a 20% interest which is paid quarterly and allow to convert into C-shares. Holders of C-shares participate directly in the net profits from the Gudis stores and are expected to make ROI’s in the 30-50% range.
