Not all those who wander are lost. August 21, 2013. I don’t even know where to begin. Last week was a bit of a mess. Remember how I said I was so lazy that since I had started working out I would keep at it just to prevent the trauma of re-starting? Yeah, tell that to the full 7 day break I had. Oops. For some reason, I was just SO. TIRED. last week! My brain can only function so long now? Thankfully I managed to pull it together by Sunday and start the week off right (exercise-wise at least)…I hope.
