Saturday, May 25, 2013. Had an ridiculously fun time in California! Over 5 days, I saw old friends, partied, enjoyed delicious foods, considered great works of art and did so much exploring. Thursday, January 31, 2013. What to do with leftover rice? Couple eggs, shrimp, green onions, black pepper, and a few splashes of Maggi seasoning sauce. Lots of bell peppers. Lots of black pepper. Monday, July 1, 2013. I spent the month of June in Laredo, TX as a part of my MPH practicum. This public health rotation was an extremely interesting experience. Not everyday do you get to a chance to get so close to / in the Rio Grande River. If you were offered a handsome bribe and to refuse is to be kidnapped and burned alive or worse - your family would be kidnapped and chopped to pieces, wouldn't you take the money? I would. Wednesday, February 27, 2013. I just needed a change, girls tend to do that I guess. As if chopping off 6 inches of hair or coloring it makes you a different person. Sometimes you just need to start over :) Also I would definitely not be able to do this next year, it may be too crazy for rotations. My hair doesn't seem damaged or dry yet. At least I can always cut off the ends if I don't like it. Trying to take image shots with chawly :P. Interesting fact: guys seriously do not notice a girl's hair.
