the blackburns: December 2014
http://jonandnatalieblackburn.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 22, 2014. We are in full swing preparing for Christmas around here. Starting with our trip to Santa. As you can see, my boys didn't even last long enough with Santa to get a picture. Luckily, there was a carousel to cheer the boys up. Every year I try to act excited with them and tell them that Santa is the greatest but who am I kidding? I was terrified of Santa until the age of 13 so I'm pretty sure I have no luck of convincing my boys to sit on his lap. I completely understand, boys.

Abby's Flower Garden: October 2014
http://abbysflowergarden.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 20, 2014. Well, we've made it half way through student teaching! Here are a few things I want to remember about this age:. He is such a happy boy! Most of the time, that is. I always have people comment on how happy he is. Unless he's tired, he usually has a huge grin and is jabbering up a storm. It's adorable! I get to see those dimples of his all the time! He is so active! I know most parents of toddlers say that, but this boy is so busy all the time! He's still very friendly and loves ...

Abby's Flower Garden: Ward Conference
http://abbysflowergarden.blogspot.com/2015/03/ward-conference.html
Monday, March 23, 2015. Yesterday we had ward conference, which in our ward apparently means a 2 hour sacrament meeting and we still have the last hour to squeeze in whatever we can. I have 2 callings that mean I am busy all during church! Well yesterday we had the stake presidency speak, and the 1st counselor had, I thought, some very interesting things to say! You can see houses so far off the road and so spread apart, that if you didn't have a car you really would have to camp out to visit them. Well ...

Abby's Flower Garden: May 2015
http://abbysflowergarden.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, May 31, 2015. Well, David is out of school and summer is here! I really want to help build the church up here, but I feel so guilty because I'm really starting to begrudge my callings. One of the worst things is the primary president is now 42 weeks along and still no baby! Nursery is my favorite part of church. It's a time when Asher and I just get to play for an hour! So that's my big worry, but David is a lot happier now that school's out! We had to buy a bunch more pop even after all that.

Monday, August 10, 2015. Triathlon recap and everything else happening in life. Swimming around blindly.probably freaking out at this point. Seriously, this isn't my first triathlon. I don't know what my problem was this time around. Smiling at my little cheer section by the side of the road. It rained on and off throughout the tri. and the temperature was around 50 degrees so my legs might have been going numb at this point. And just a couple more pictures from the day:. I really love these boys. At 4 y...

the blackburns: January 2015
http://jonandnatalieblackburn.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 27, 2015. Salt Lake, Snow and lots of updated pictures of our house! A couple weeks ago we had a heavy fog, which mixed with freezing temperatures, turned to this:. One of the most beautiful things I have ever seen in nature. Thank goodness I have a trusty i-phone to capture even a fraction of the beauty. And lastly, I haven't posted pictures of our house since October. It's been hard to hold back! And we were pretty excited when we started to get walls like this:. Seriously, this pictur...

the blackburns: May 2015
http://jonandnatalieblackburn.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Saturday, May 23, 2015. Oh hey, we moved into our new house! And I have lots of pictures. Today I realized I have never gotten around to updating this blog with pictures of our new house! Forgive the pictures.I'm just not a photographer. I want to be, but I'm just not and I put forth zero effort to be one. So keep that in mind. Also, I remembered at around 6:00 at night so lighting is less than ideal in the house but anyway. Aiden wanted a picture too. Big deal, guys. And now to our house! Right after wa...

the blackburns: 4th of July
http://jonandnatalieblackburn.blogspot.com/2015/07/4th-of-july.html
Sunday, July 5, 2015. We had our first holiday in our new house! Anyway, after the parade it was barbeque time with our families! Other than charcoal grills being the most ridiculous way to cook hamburgers(we'll get it next time, Jon;) , we had a great time relaxing and lighting a few fireworks. This was the only time I got a few pictures, and it really was only because someone reminded me that the boys looked cute helping their dad and that I should have pictures.
