This schedule will only change if I experience any unbearable. Pain This month is all about getting back into routine and going longer, while still making sure I avoid injuries as much as possible. Before I break down the goals and whether or not I accomplished them, I want to say that I’m absolutely and insanely proud of myself. I did so much that I didn’t think I would be able to and I stepped out of my comfort zone while on vacation and just rocked every bit out of January. So, goals. How’d I do?
